Gav-Yam Negev 360°
Welcome to the future
The Gav-Yam Negev Advanced Technologies Park is at the heart of Beer Sheva’s new innovation quarter, adjacent to the Ben Gurion University campus, the Soroka Academic Medical Center, and the IDF’s new C4i Branch campus. The park is alive with unique aquatic elements, ponds, fish pools, and shaded corners, as well as bicycle lanes and walking trails, alongside a main promenade offering restaurants, coffee shops, and lifestyle stores. The park’s strategic location, next to major traffic routes, the train station, and the center of town, provides optimal accessibility to the compound from the entire region and from Israel’s central region. The working ecosystem established at the park is modeled after leading advanced tech centers around the globe in order to fulfill the vision of the “Silicon Wadi” here, in the Negev, as an innovative and surprising magnet attracting global technological leaders in the past few years.
The park offers diverse services, including assistance with recruitment and access to high-quality human capital, job fairs, training programs for employees and managers of park companies, contact with Ben Gurion University researchers and the university’s commercialization company, BGNegev, which resides in the park, assistance with government incentive programs, assistance with job placement for partners of park employees, childcare, a commercial promenade with restaurants, a fitness club, an economical and clean energy center, etc. Every individual building in the park offers the highest standard of laboratories and offices, as well as premium technical specifications including the world’s most advanced systems. Likewise, the park provides management, maintenance and security services of the highest standards, setting the stage for the most suitable working environment for your research and development center.
The park was designed and is constructed in compliance with international standards for green construction and environmental preservation, as per the international LEED standard. The park’s planners include leading architectural and engineering firms from Israel and around the globe, including the international firm, HOK, and Moshe Tzur Architects. The entrepreneurial companies behind the park include the Gav-Yam company, Israel’s leader in establishing advanced technology parks and employment complexes, as well as KUD, a subsidiary of the Japanese global Kajima corporation, whose vast experience in establishing leading projects under the PPP model reaches the USA and around the globe. Gav-Yam’s extensive experience with founding and managing high-tech and business compounds in Israel and in defining the specific requirements of the world’s largest tech companies offers you the opportunity to benefit from an innovative and advance working environment, specially adapted to your company’s emerging needs.
As a part of the service package offered to the park’s inhabitants, we are developing a unique community around the park with the objective of establishing it as an international technological hub. As a part of the events held at the park, we have job fairs, programs for training female management, high tech internship programs such as Starship, the Enter program for integration of the Bedouin community in advanced technologies, produce international technological conferences, and encourage various types of physical activity events for employees.
With the objective of creating an ideal work environment, we established a commercial promenade along the ground levels of the park’s buildings. This promenade is home to restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, a formidable fitness club, a beer brewery that hosts Israel’s leading performers for live shows, and more. Employees at the park have the benefit of a full range of commercial services, making everyday life more accessible. The park is growing to be a unique quarter in the local civic mosaic.
