The Company attaches great importance to safeguarding Users’ privacy and is committed to protecting their personal information. To this end, it acts in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy below and applicable law.

The Company believes that you have every right to understand its policy regarding the collection and use of information received from you and collected about you in the course of using the Website. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is, among other things, to explain the Company’s practices regarding Users’ privacy and how the Company uses information provided by Users or collected by the Company as part of your visit to and use of the Website.

4. This Privacy Policy is worded in the masculine form in Hebrew solely for convenience and applies to all Users of the Website.

Non-Identifying Statistical/Aggregated Information

If you are a purchaser or tenant, or have chosen to enter into an agreement with the Company (such as a sale agreement), we collect certain information about you as detailed in the relevant agreement/sale agreement. This information includes, among other things, your contact details, identification details (ID card or passport), and financial information (bank account details, payment details, mortgage details and more).
